Lake Bunyoni in south-west Uganda surrounded by mountains and is also believed to be one of the greatest lakes in Africa, likely the most beautiful in Africa dotted with numerous islands. The climax of this tour is the fascinating Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable forest park. This rainforest is habitat to over half of their mountain gorilla population in the world - home to over 326 endangered mountain gorillas, making it Uganda's leading Gorilla safari landscape.

  • Day 1: Drive to Lake Bunyonyi

    We will pick you up and escort you to your lodging. After a hearty lunch, we'll start your trip to a few of the most beautiful location in Uganda: Lake Bunyonyi. It signifies a location with many little birds. Along the way, you shall have views of these Ugandan mountains' terraces. This region is known as the "Switzerland of Uganda." After we reach Lake Bunyoni, there'll be a boat ride to 'Punishment Island,' the most famous from the 29 islands at the lake. Our tour guide will inform us about the history behind the name, as well as the events which took place on the island. You'll also be shot bird viewing so you can enjoy in the sight of all these varied species of birds that roam in the forests, an exciting activity for bird and nature enthusiasts!

  • Day 2: Gorilla Trekking

    You drive to Bwindi national park for the upcoming gorilla trekking and will get up very early. Trekking for the Mountain Gorilla is one of the most exciting wildlife adventures in the world. The trek will take between 2 and 6 hours but is well worth the effort. You'll be led by an experienced ranger who will tell you facts about fauna and flora as well as the lifestyle of the Gorillas. After that, you'll get the opportunity to go for a short bird watching safari, having the chance to encounter more than 348 species of creatures in the woods. There's also the lake Munyanga walk, that supplies a beautiful sight of birds mingling with primates -- an image that you can remember for a lifetime.

  • Day 3: Drive to Entebbe

    After breakfast, we will begin our trip back. Cross the equator and also have time to shoot photographs at the equator. You may purchase a couple of souvenirs and have a fast picnic lunch. You will then be driven to Entebbe airport to catch your flights back home.
