Pura Tanah Lot

In the Balinese language, Tanah Lot means land in the sea/Island. Pura Tanah Lot temple is located 20 km from Denpasar. This temple is built on the rock that is scraped continuously for many years due to sea waves and high tides. Pura Tanah Lot temple was built in the 12th century by Dang Hyang Nirartha. The main deity of this temple is the sea god lord Baruna. This temple is mentioned in Balinese mythology and is highly influenced by Hinduism. Pura Tanah Lot temple is one of the seven sea temples in Bali.

Mount Batur

Indonesia also has an active volcano Mount Batur situated northwest of Mount Agung in Bali. It is 1717 meters in height and the first volcanic eruption took place in 1804 and the latest in 2019. Mount Batur is also famous among hikers and it usually takes 4-6 hours to complete the hike. The hiking starts early in the morning and people especially do it to see the spectacular view of Sunrise from its peak.

Uluwatu Temple Tour

Uluwatu temple is situated on the steep cliff and is famous for its magnificent location. This is another sea temple from the seven sea temples of Bali and considered as the spiritual pillars of Bali. It is situated 70 meters above sea level and is one of the top attractions of Bali for providing a delightful Sunset view. Uluwatu temple is one of the architectural marvels that have artistic sculptures and traditionally designed gateways.
