In the day, you will go for a boat excursion to the base of Murchison Falls where the Nile River explodes through a narrow gorge just 7 meters broad and cascades into a placid river whose banks are thronged with hippos, crocodiles, waterbucks, and buffaloes. After docking in the base of the drops, you may hike to the peak of the drops which may take about 30 minutes. While at the top you will also see the Nile water pushing through a little gap of stones with a great deal of force; the sight of this ability of the rushing water is striking.
Immediately following breakfast, you'll embark upon the trip to Queen Elizabeth National Park and this can be a very long drive taking a few hours. En-route you will have lunch at Hoima town. You can enjoy scenic views on the way like the Rift Valley. If reaching Queen Elizabeth National Park may be late in the day, you'll need to spend a night in Fort Portal town and continue with your journey.
You'll visit Queen Elizabeth National Park this morning and explore it through a sports drive. There is a chance to see the big four animals here - Elephants, Buffalos, Lions, and Leopards, Warthogs - many of whom are residents of the park and hunchback carnivores such as Hyenas have been usually seen along the Circuits’ driveway.
