Day 2 |
Coming to the Torres del Paine National Park Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and get ready to venture into the Torres del Paine National Park where you will be transferred to your new lodge. Check-in and enjoy a scrumptious lunch and prepare yourself for some exciting puma sightings. Be patient and admire the picturesque snow-capped peaks and glacial blue lakes while you wait for the majestic big cat. Retire for the day in the beautiful lodge, Refugio Laguna Amarga. |
Days 3 - 8 |
The great Puma Tracking experience In these seven days, you'll be taken close to the wild side of nature. Guided by the best puma tracking experts, who will set a tracking perimeter for the day, follow the footsteps of the mighty big cat and gawk at the mesmerizing sight when you actually come across one. Put on your walking shoes, as tracking involves four hours of walking in the morning with a delicious home-cooked meal at the lodge followed by four more hours of walking in the afternoon. Although Pumas are the stars of this expedition, they are not the only ones you'll spot during this vivid experience. Day 9 |
Witnessing majestic birdlife On the ninth day of the Patagonia Puma Tracking tour, you'll be driven four hours south to get acquainted with the heaviest flying bird in the western hemisphere, known as the Andean Condor.
