Arrive at Rovaniemi

After having a comfortable journey, you will arrive at Rovaniemi airport, where our guide will welcome you and drive you to your hotel. After resting for some time, you can explore the town before your first adventure of the day. Later in the evening, you will go on a snowmobile excursion into the snowy forests to glance at the magical Rovaniemi Northern Lights. You will enjoy a delightful snack with a hot beverage near a campfire.

Later, you will return to the city and spend your night at the hotel.

Experience the relaxing Finnish Sauna

After having breakfast, you will go on your first adventure of dog sledding. Being a traditional mode of winter transport in Lapland, you will experience the activity just like the locals of the city. Your guide will brief you about the excursion at the kennel, and then you will explore the dense and snowy forests of Lapland on your sled pulled by the gorgeous huskies. After your ride, you will enjoy a hot beverage at the kennel.

You can spend your afternoon and evening exploring the local markets of Rovaniemi. Once you reach your hotel in the evening, you will experience a relaxing Finnish Sauna for refreshing yourself for the forthcoming adventures.

Visit Reindeer Farm and Santa Claus Village

You will begin your day by riding a snowmobile to a reindeer farm. Upon your arrival at the reindeer farm, you will experience the local culture of the Sami people. After learning some fun facts about reindeers, you will enjoy a short sled ride around the picturesque landscapes and learn about the pace of the Reindeer. Post these activities, you will join your hosts in a special ceremony of crossing the Arctic Circle.

Later in the afternoon, you will drive to Santa Claus Village. After reaching the village, you can do some souvenir shopping, enjoy a delectable lunch, and send postcards from Santa’s main post office. Then you will visit Santa's home and meet Santa himself. Later, you will return to Rovaniemi and spend the evening at your leisure.

Explore the Arctic Snow Hotel

For the first part of the day, you are free to explore Rovaniemi on your own. You can learn about the history, culture, nature, and even see the exhibits of the Finnish Lapland and the Arctic region at the Arktikum Museum.

In the evening, you will go to Lehtojärvi to experience the dreamy Rovaniemi Northern Lights. You will also visit the iconic Arctic Snow Hotel, which is built entirely from Ice. The hotel includes elegantly crafted ice rooms and also has an ice restaurant and an ice bar. You will spend your night inside a warm glass igloo or a snow room at the Arctic Snow Hotel. You will experience the beauty of the night sky along with an opportunity of seeing the Northern Lights from your ice igloo. Post the tour, you will enjoy a local dinner at a traditional Sami structured restaurant.

Fly back home

After spending some amazing days at Lapland, you will be transferred to the Rovaniemi Airport and carry all the memories of the trip back home with you.
