Ongava Lodge

This beautiful lodge is right next to Anderson’s Gate, the entrance to Etosha, one of Africa’s largest national parks. Lying atop a hill in the Ondundozonanandana Mountain Range, this lodge provides the most amazing vantage over the sprawling foothills. The property offers panoramic views to the camp’s waterhole. The 14 rooms in this lodge are stuffed with modern amenities and features, including furnished balconies, tea/coffee makers, hairdryers, safes, free Wi-Fi, dry cleaning and laundry facilities, and daily housekeeping. Ongava Lodge has an outdoor pool, library, terrace, and a well-stocked bar. Epacha Game Lodge & Spa

Situated on the Epacha Game Reserve, this authentic African game lodge reminds one of the bygone days of the Victorian Era. The lodge has 20 chalets, each decorated individually and featuring private balconies, minibar, safe, and tea facilities. Mushara Lodge

For travelers looking for an undisturbed, comfortable, and luxurious experience at a family-owned lodge, the Mushara Lodge is one of the best places to stay. Mushara Lodge has a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, and a beautiful garden. The luxurious rooms are well equipped and offer all modern amenities. The lodge is located just outside the park gates and provides multiple Etosha safari tours throughout the day. While this lodge isn’t cheap, you get a 5-star experience that is worth the money paid. Those on a tighter budget can look at the more affordable sister lodge, Mushara Bush Camp.

Etosha Village

At just 2 km distance from the Andersson gate to Etosha National Park, this affordable lodge blends the African lifestyle with comfort and luxury. This family-friendly property has 55 guest rooms, a restaurant, a curio shop, and two swimming pools with one kiddie pool. The chalets have private patios, sofa beds, refrigerators, and safes. The lodge treats its guests to amazing buffets and refreshing drinks. The layout of this spectacular property means you can enjoy a walk around the village and appreciate nature. Etosha Safari Lodge

Etosha Safari Lodge is in Okaukueju, about 6 miles away from Andersson Gate. The 65 chalets of the Lodge are on a hillock and offer panoramic views of the African bush savannah. All these are air-conditioned, have a small veranda, and are equipped with facilities like tea/coffee makers, safe, showers, etc. Services include Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, conference center, and free parking. The restaurant features a multitude of dishes, and the well-stocked bar is a favorite haunt of the guests. The lodge has three outdoor pools and offers safaris and guided game drives.

Mokuti Etosha Lodge

At just 5 minutes’ drive from the Von Lindequist gate entrance of Etosha, this is the closest lodge to the national park.
