Say Hello to Nairobi, KenyaThe magical journey begins when you land in Nairobi, where you will be picked up by our representative and transferred to the hotel. First stop in this tour, Nairobi, is an exciting city that offers a stark contrast to the untamed and wild natural beauty found elsewhere in Kenya. |
Day 2 |
The journey from Nairobi to SamburuAn early breakfast will set you right up for the long journey to Samburu. Feast your eyes upon the natural beauty as the road takes you towards the beautiful Samburu National Park. Situated beside the Ewaso Nyiro River, the Samburu National park is teeming with life. Samburu National park is famous for its abundance of rare northern specialist species. Rest for the day and get ready to experience the wildlife closely on Day 3. |
Day 3 |
The Samburu ExperienceSpend the Day having a serene wildlife experience at Samburu National Park. The Samburu Special Five consisting of Grevy Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk, and the Beisa Oryx, is a special attraction that can't be missed. Lions, Leopards, Cheetahs, and Elephants are also major attractions along with more than 350 species of birds and diversified flora. You can also head out to the Samburu village and meet the Samburu tribe. Experience their unique customs and traditions and learn more about their beautiful way of living. |
Day 4 |
Samburu to Ol PejetaThe journey to Ol Pejeta from Samburu is a 3-hour long drive. Nestled between the Aberdares and the snow-capped Mount Kenya, Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a 140 sq mi safe house for the Rhinos and provides sanctuary to the great apes. Visit the famous Chimpanzee sanctuary, which provides a shelter for the orphaned, abandoned and rescued Chimpanzees and indulge in a feeding exercise. You can also witness the Black and White Rhinos in their full glory and if you are lucky you may have an encounter with your first big cat here itself! |
Day 5 |
Taking the Ol Pejeta to Aberdare RoadAfter a morning safari with a delicious breakfast, it will be time to drive down to Aberdare. End the day in Aberdare, a national park defined by picturesque, steep ravines and open moorlands. A habitat for the Elephants, Leopards, Black Rhinos, Baboons, Giant Forest Hog, Golden Cat, etc with over 250 species of birds, the Aberdare National park is teeming with natural life. |
Day 6 |
Aberdare to NakuruAfter an early morning game drive at Aberdare, it will be time to drive down to Nakuru. A 4-hour long drive, Nakuru is a beautiful National Park. Have lunch and get ready for an adventurous day. Lake Nakuru National Park, situated on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, this national park is ideal for hiking, picnics, bird watching, and game driving. Offering a picturesque view of the ridges and laden with wide ecological diversity, Nakuru is a paradise for thriving wildlife. Black and White Rhinos, Waterbucks, Rothschild Giraffe, Flamingos, Pelicans, etc are the popular attractions of Nakuru. Go on a late evening game drive and retire for the day. |
Day 7 |
Nakuru to the Great Masai MaraPack your breakfast and get ready for the journey to Masai Mara. Visit the Great Rift Valley in between and gawk at its splendid beauty. After the 6-7 hour journey, rest by having a delicious lunch and get ready for the game drive which will last till sunset. The Masai Mara which is famous worldwide for its rich wildlife, is a once in a lifetime experience, one which will stay with you for a long time. |
Days 8 - 10 |
Around the Masai Mara in 3 daysHailed as the 'Mother of all national parks', the Masai Mara offers you a chance to get a closeup of the rare wild encounters in the most vivid form. Big Cats, Antelopes, Hippos, Zebras, Giraffes, etc rule this land. Masai Mara has over 450 bird species like the Crown Crane, Kori Bustard, Secretary Bird, and the list goes on. Crowned as the newest 7th Wonder of the world, Masai Mara offers something that is both primal and beautiful, raw and ecstatic. Go on three game drives during the day and follow the activities of these animals. You can also give a visit to the Maasai village and experience their culture and way of life. Take the balloon safari early in the morning and enjoy a champagne breakfast. You can also enjoy breakfast alongside the hippo pool enjoying the beautiful Savannah. A Sundowner experience and bonfires coupled with a special bush dinner and Maasai dances on the last day will make this journey unforgettable. |
Day 11 |
Return to NairobiThe trip ends at Nairobi. Here you will bid adieu to this beautiful place and make your way home with memories to last for a lifetime. |
